Angkor Keyboard Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for Angkor Premium and Crystals. Which part applies to you depends on where you paid, because that determines who took the payment.

Where did you pay? If you paid inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple took the payment. If you paid inside the Android app, Google took the payment. If you paid on this website at angkorkeyboard.com, we took the payment through ABA PayWay, and this policy's website section applies.

Purchases made on this website (ABA PayWay)

Payments made on angkorkeyboard.com are processed by ABA PayWay, a service of Advanced Bank of Asia Ltd. (ABA Bank). For these payments Angkor Keyboard is the merchant of record, so refund requests come to us directly — not to Apple or Google. Card details are entered on ABA PayWay's secure checkout; we never receive or store your card or banking details.

Crystals are a consumable digital product and are delivered to your Angkor Keyboard account as soon as the payment is confirmed with the bank. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after Crystals have been delivered and spent.

We will refund a website purchase in these cases:

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the method and on your bank: ABA Pay refunds are typically immediate, while card, WeChat and Alipay refunds follow ABA Bank's processing times. Under ABA PayWay's rules a transaction can be refunded through the gateway for 30 days after it was created; after that we will arrange a refund with you directly.

Once Crystals have been spent to unlock a theme, the unlock is permanent and the spend is not reversible. Crystals and unlocked themes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchases made in the iOS app (Apple)

Apple is the seller for in-app purchases made on iPhone and iPad. Apple handles billing and refunds under its own terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund for an Apple purchase, but we can help you work out what was purchased and when.

Purchases made in the Android app (Google Play)

Google is the seller for in-app purchases made through Google Play, and handles billing and refunds under the Google Play terms. Request a refund at Google Play order history.

Angkor Premium subscriptions

Angkor Premium renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period that has already started. Manage or cancel a subscription in the store you bought it from — Settings on iOS, or Google Play on Android. Cancelling keeps your Premium access until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email support@angkorkeyboard.com or message us on Telegram at t.me/AngkorKeyboard. To help us find the payment quickly, include the date, the amount, and the account email you use with Angkor Keyboard. For a website payment, the transaction ID from your ABA PayWay receipt is the fastest way for us to locate it.

Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords by email or chat. We will never ask for them, and we do not need them to issue a refund.

We aim to answer refund requests within 3 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above always shows the current version, and the policy that applied on the day you paid is the one that governs your purchase.
