Angkor Keyboard Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Angkor Keyboard application and related services ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

Angkor Keyboard grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on supported devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of the store through which you obtained it. On iOS, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict as to your use of the App on an Apple device, the standard EULA governs. On Android, your use of Google Play and the App is also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

Accounts

An Angkor Keyboard account is optional. Account-based features such as cross-device sync, support chat, and gifting require one, but purchasing Premium or Crystals does not require registration. Accounts can use Google, Apple, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the App under Settings; deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Angkor Premium subscriptions and Crystal packs are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system in the iOS App or Google Play Billing in the Android App. Payment is charged to the store account used for the purchase. Prices shown on this website are for information only and may vary by region; the localized price and terms shown by the applicable store at the time of purchase apply.

Auto-renewable subscription (Angkor Premium):

• Angkor Premium is offered on a monthly or yearly auto-renewable basis.
• Premium includes Lite and Plus themes, longer Clipboard retention and pins, and optional account-based sync.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it through the applicable store. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
• Apple charges the renewal price to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends. Google Play charges your Google Account at the beginning of each billing cycle according to the subscription terms shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or a Google Play subscription under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until it ends unless the applicable store says otherwise.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Crystals are consumable virtual credits used to unlock themes. Crystals and unlocked themes have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the store used for the purchase, under that store's applicable terms and refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's engine or data except to the extent permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the App's services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angkor Keyboard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
