Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private clipboard content.

In-app help

Open Angkor Keyboard > Settings > FAQ for setup and feature help. Registered users can also use Settings > Support & Feedback for an account-linked conversation. Signing in is optional; email and Telegram support remain available without an account.

Purchases

For a missing App Store subscription, open Settings > Premium and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
